We stayed here before, always surprisingly large rooms for a fourth table. The service was helpful with parking on site.

The staff was nice, honest, nothing to complain about. Unique location, we were close enough to restaurants or other activities. Furthermore, vERY close to the National Park.

I recently stayed at a charming inn in a peaceful and secluded location for my 3-week driving trip through beautiful southern Utah. The owner, Kris, was friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know his guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the upgrade to a nicer room on my anniversary. The inn is conveniently located near Factory Butte, which was my favorite place to visit during my trip. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Enchanting brand-new hotel in the middle of Caineville. Super-friendly, amiable staff with smiling face. Bright & huge rooms for a fourth table. Good food quality. Stunning and particularly good location convenient to Park. Fantastic experience there.

We truly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. Fairly clean place, staff was especially helpful and extremely helpful. The location was comfortable - near sightseeing, and Capitol Reef national parks. It also was prepared to make a sudden stop.

Hotel's continental breakfast was nice basic. The staff was great and informative from arrival to departure. Enjoyed our great stay at this property and would happily return.

I had an amazing stay at a motel in the middle of beautiful southern Utah. The location was perfect, with easy access to Capitol Reef National Park, Cathedral Valley Loop, and Factory Butte. The staff, especially the manager Blake, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when I had a flat tire. The motel itself was basic but clean and met all my essential needs. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the stunning landscapes of southern Utah.

I appreciated the room for a fourth table, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It met every demand.

Our group stayed for 3 nights at this convenient location near the National Park. The rooms were very clean and the WiFi was good. The couple managing the property were incredibly nice and welcoming. The upstairs rooms are much larger and in better condition than the downstairs ones. The hotel is pet-friendly and has a nice pool area. They also sell microwaveable food in the lobby. Breakfast was fair, but some fruit and cream cheese would have been a nice addition. a pleasant stay.

Our experience here was pleasant! The rooms they have were well-maintained and updated with nice linens with remodeled bathroom and a fourth table, for example. The service here was helpful.

Pleasant place overall, it is clean, location is marvellous in the desert. The staff are great as well as the owner. The units are clean for a fourth table.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The rooms were surprisingly large and clean, providing us with plenty of space to relax. We also loved the location of the hotel, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing us to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Additionally, the night skies were absolutely stunning, and we were able to stargaze by the pool, witnessing the beauty of the Milky Way.

While the hotel had its positives, the breakfast offered was lackluster. Although we understand that it is located in a remote area, we feel that more creative options could have been provided to make the breakfast more appetizing.

The hotel offers marvellous location short walk to Capital Reef National Park. And it's by Fremont River.

The staff are genuinely helpful and really care about the guests.
